Leading Bank in New Jersey selects ICP Managed Print Services

Need:

A leading Bank Headquartered in New Jersey had increasing issues with Printer Downtime, along with increasing Print Costs and the need to reduce the time Internal IT spent managing the Printers.

Solution:

ICP Team worked with the Bank’s IT Department to identify current requirements and allow for future needs for ICP’s MPS Solution.   ICP standardized equipment and streamlined the copy, print, scan, faxing into single devices where feasible; and creating workgroup desktop devices in other areas.    This approach was part of ICP’s Simple Print Solution which is a proactive remote management system that manages consumables and error alerts.

A detailed Project Plan was completed and implemented. In fact ICP Team was able to reduce current printer costs by 35%. In addition to the cost savings the Bank’s IT Department was able to focus on core competencies to help the bank achieve its rapid growth. Robertet SA (ROBERTET). Robertet ranks as a world leader in natural ingredients with production facilities in 11 countries. The Group’s principal activities are the production and distribution of aromatic products. Robertet The products are mainly used for the food flavoring, perfume and natural aromatic product industry. Some of the products include perfumes, essential oils, cleaning products and flavors for the beverage and food industries. The Group operates in Asia, the United States and Europe.

Robertet Group has three businesses: natural raw materials, perfume compositions and food flavorings. Its success is global, reflected in its active presence across more than 50 countries in the world’s main business regions.

Need:

Anthony Del Gaudio, the Chief Financial Officer of Robertet was seeking an experienced company to perform Managed Print Services. Mr. DelGaudio wanted to lower costs, increase efficiencies. Mr DelGaudio placed a significant value on service more specifically the commitment and downtime to handle three locations.

Solution:

Imperial Copy Products did an exhaustive analysis and streamlined Robertet Print Infrastructure.  Imperial Copy Products designated the users to send their files to a selected print queue then access and print those jobs directly from the devices on the network. Providing exceptional document control, ICP software enables best practices to  track and report the output of all the Kyocera Multi-Function Printers and Network Printers with which it is integrated.  These features allow administrators to analyze output data, thereby controlling costs, minimizing waste, and controlling the flow of their documents.

As an added security feature, the USB connected card readers allowed the end users to quickly access secured jobs via their HID cards. In addition, a network connected smart phone equipped with a QR code scanner application was also used to quickly access and release secured jobs on any Kyocera Multi-Function Printer and Network Printer.

Result:

ICP reduced Robertet has reduced the overall print costs by 35%. Throughout the 3 locations.  In addition to the costs ICP eliminated IT involvement with these services.  ICP was able to reduce the current Printer Fleet by 25% and decrease Reduction of over 25% in the Printer Fleet was accomplished. ICP implemented MPS ahead of schedule.
